By a Mile. Your boost will also increase as well. Safe to drive? I suppose.. The car would adapt and probably add fuel all over the place. But since you are getting a tune it is ok.

Just keeping you guys updated
If you were already tuned "safely", then you should be fine. Think of it this way. I had a stock retune from vishnu. I added a catback/TESTPIPE/intake and I had no problems. You already had an exhuast, so switching to another shouldnt drastically changed anything. Go ahead, suck it up and bolt up the filter too.

I'm not worried about that intake it takes 15min to swap intakes and that hks intake will change my a/f for 100%

I'm not disagreeing that it will change. IT probably should. But i doubt it will change enough to cause a "harmful situation"...i.e. going from a 11.2 afr to 11.9afr on a WOT pull....this i doubt. I guess the safest thing would be to leave it off since you will be getting a retune.

VIIIs would be very pleased with that much power on those mods.
I surely hope you aren't questioning the cams. Anything from cosworth is far superior than 90 percent of other products. It may not make the most whp but the R&D put into their stuff is no comparison to other companies.

A good insight about why Cosworth pwns all.

nice numbers mate!!!

Sean i dont think that the Apexi intake was the main reason for the power loss on the first setup... i would say that the VERY narrow fujitsubo exhaust made the numbers low... two resonators tapering to less than 2.5 inch doesnt make it a 3 inch exhaust as advertised...

the most amazing thing on the new setup is the around 30whp MORE at 7000rpm...

Congrats mate!!!!
