There is no one by those names that work here. We are able to answer any questions a prospective customer needs answered via the three methods listed. For your protection and records, this way all of the correspondence is documented. We reserve the phones for setting appointments, customer service support after the sale, credit card payments over the phone and technical assistance for existing customers. This is how we have chosen to manage our lmiited available time and we are sorry if the three easy alternative methods of communication are unacceptable to you.

We have never had a customer complain that they could not get their questions answered quickly via our options.

I love TTP's e-mail flash they gave me, with only a TBE (WITH a HFC mind you) and an e-mail tune from TTP I ran a 12.9 at 108 the first day ever drag racing my evo.

I just went back to them for my upgrade tune for my EBC, intake and O2 housing

TTP has always taken care of my tune and always in a speedy manner!

I sent an TTP an email and payment around 1 am eastern and in about 30 minutes I had a new map. He also answered a few more emails with questions I had. I can't wait to try it out and log this afternoon. So far well worth the money for the service and turn around.

I also got a very rich flash from Dynoflash and that's why I am getting a new e-flash done. I should have done this at first, but the Stage I upgrade from Buschur included a mail in flash so I took advantage of that. Live and learn.

For you and the gentleman who posted righ before you

#1 - My mail in or E FLASH! roms are by design on the rich side. Prudence dictates that a tuner aim for high 10/1 low 11 or right on 11.0 in any base flash as some individual cars may run leaner. There must be a margin of error to account for car to car variantion. If you try and get a leaner a/f target on a mail in tune you risk being too lean and having problems with knock and potential engine failures.

My mail in and eflash have proven very reliable and one of the reasons is conservative style of tuning which gets most of the available power gains while minimizing risks.

#2 - Many customers feel their car may be rich based upon the exhuast color or black smoke on WOT when that is not an accurate way to measure a/f ratio. A calibrated wideband 02 sesnor muct be used with stable normal collant temps in 3rd gear pull to measure and check the a.f reading.

#3 - ALL Dyno Flash and Buschur Flash come with FREE adjustments - if your car is really too rich - just let me know and I will adjust it free of charge. I also adjust for knock counts and any other customer concerns - all free of charge.

Al

I have been a DynoFlash customer since I bought my Evo IX over a year ago. I have received great service on both my flashes. I am now almost at 30k miles on my IX. I would feel 100% safe on my DynoFlash without logs, since I own the cable and EvoScan the logs I have done had no rich afr or knock issues that were tune related. The car pulls powerfully and runs smoothly.

You know the answer to this question Abner....You need a widenband to get accurate AFR readings...Why would you be running Meth w/o a wideband???
