Why are their no twin scroll turbo kits for the evo?

 

There are, they all include 42r's

Full Race is currently developing a really sweet twin scroll setup with a new kind of intercooler. Geoff can tell you more about this.

I think a twin-scroll with a 3065 or a 35r would sell more kits than anything else - should give decent spool-up which is a major factor for many of us, and - because the 35r is pushing the limits of the stock engine - anything larger is going to be too laggy for the majority of members on here, and will require much $$$ for building the engine to handle the abuse...

C'mon, someone do it already...

Pretty sure twin scrolls housingings were tested on T3/T4 turbos and made no increase in performance. Do a search and you'll find some info.

exactly.... every couple days theres a new thread about a turbo kit or trying to make his pos atp kit only suck instead of be the crappiest kit for the evo....

get a different turbo for your kit and that fixes everything... 35r is too big for that kit

 

I am just being honest with you - you have unreasonable goals with what you have and what you want to spend to reach those goals. If you were serious about making 500+whp as you have said you were going to make a few times, you would not have gotten the atp kit. suck it up, live and learn - sell the kit for a loss (no way you are going to break even on a kit no one wants) and max out your stock turbo OR put the freaking thing on the car and see what you can make with it.

Why are we discussing anything but what the thread is asking. What is the point of you disrupting a thread everytime your in one? Anyway to answer you, what a waste of time but for you to learn, i dont mind, 500 whp+ is achieveable with meth and mods with a atp kit, and prove to me it's not before you type your meaningless thought onto this thread.
