My buschur racing pump gas evo

Just got home from the track. Made several passes, the best pass was a 10.8@135. Im running potenza tires, and straight 93 octane. No additives or preservatives on a 35r 60ft. was a 1.698. I know i can better the ET, but for now i am happy as hell.
This is my daily driver that makes round trips to and from work(120 miles a day)
Thank you David and Dan!

how much horsepower does your car put out on pump gas? trapping at 135 is REALLY high and nearly unherd of for pump gas. Great runs though, BTW what clutch are you running?

i'm sure you meen pump gas with meth or some kind of alcohol injection. theres no way 135mph can be has on pump gas at 20-23psi of boost

very good time though

You guys do realize this is the Trent who David Buschur has quite often lauded as being an awesome driver .

That 135 trap is pretty crazy on pump even for a great driver.

I'm guessing he's got a Stage 3 BR cylinder head and BR spec cams as the difference maker.

BTW, Dave Buschur made a reference to Trent's setup & power in his recent Evo/WRX shootout summary.......

Dang Trent, you beat me home! haha

No, Trent doesn't mean he is running meth injection, when he says STRAIGHT 93 octane he means STRAIGHT 93 octane. Absolutely NO race gas mixed in, NO alky injection, NO NOTHING.

The car made 525 on pump gas on OUR dyno at the Mitsu VS Subaru Showdown.

The car is running an Exedy Triple cerametalic clutch.

BR Stage 3, 2 liter
BR Stage 3 head
BF 272 cams
BR race FMIC
BR Stages 1-4
1,000 cc injectors
Single HO intank pump
BR GT35R kit with header
AEM EMS

As Trent says, he drives this car 61 miles each way to work a day, so over 120 round trip. Since he drives it so much the fuel mileage has been worked on too and the car has gotten just over 31 mpg on the trip to work. That was filling up, driving to work and filling right next to our shop.

Great job tonight Trent. Glad I could be part of it all, nice seeing you so freaking happy!

It appears to be true, it seems like 135mph trap speeds with 20-23psi of boost. It's kind of mind bogoling how this can be true but David Buschur confirms these are facts. Great setup!
