Need Help!!! Boost leak? Smoking?

So here is the how the events took place (not saying that they are all causes, just what all went on). I just replaced my clutch with a cusco twin disc and was going through the 500 mile break-in, so no wot. Then last night my break-in was complete so I went to see how it all felt and when I went to wot the car boosted up to full boost (21.5 psi) and then at 6000 rpm I could here a pist (kind of like that of a bov) and the car lost boost, down to about 11 or 12 psi and stayed there. So since I have the crappy stock DV I thought that that was what is was so today I did a boost leak test to check for that or any other leaks and everything was good for about 5 seconds or so and then it started to leak up at throttle body, but not at the intake hose it was like it was coming from somewhere in or around the throttle body. I sprayed it could not find a external leak (it was hard to tell if underneath), I couldn't feel anything. But it was loud enough that you would have thought it would have been easy to find! So unable to find anything I put everything back together and started the car to go home. After starting the car to go home it started to smoke out the exhaust really bad. Poped the hood and realized that I had forgotten to plug the MAF back in, so pluged it back in and cleared the code that was thrown and started the car again and it was still smoking like crazy. So looked around and could not find or figure it out, so I drove the car home hoping that it would blow it out and it did not (it left a trail all the way down the road). Mods: TBE, O2 housing, drop-in filter, 255 fuel pump, 280 intake and 272 exhaust cams, cam gears, MBC, and a custom flash from AMS. Any Ideas!!!!

Sorry so long just wanted to put it all out there! Thanks for all of your help!!

Yes, I did and looked in there and it was closed. But besides that I really didn't know what else to look for. Also just remembered that if I put any presure on the throttle (just moving it back and forth a little not opening it) it would change the tone of air.

Check to make sure your uicp is on all the way and tightened down.

Isn't that the throttle body shaft seals?

Checked, It is on and tight. What would be causing all the smoke? I did not wot the car again on my way home because of it smoking so bad, so I don't know if it was still leaking.

It was not smoking until after I had done the presure test.

If your definetly leaking at the throttle body then you found your problem.

What in the throttle body would be leaking and would that cause it to smoke?

Its like a bad carb,if the throttle shaft is going or theres another problem its not mixing the air and fuel correctly.Samething with a t-body,bad air fuel ratio mix and your probably burning more fuel that would cause it to smoke. And since your definetly leaking from it that sounds like whats going on.Ever have the uicp pop off?. The car will run like crap and stall out. Even a loose (bad connection) from your uicp at the TB will cause the car to run like crap, like a bad idle, smoking, and no throttle response.

I went over and looked at the car. the exhaust smells like buring plastic. and no it is not the bumper (cold as ice). There is no way the tb is causing the smoke. if that was the case the car would be running like crap. It purrs like a kitty. I am thinking it might be the exhaust side of the turbo? What do you guys think?

Just something for everyone to keep there eye out for. We dug into the car tonight to try and find the problem and this is what we came up with. The TB was leaking (had to be for a period of time, but was small) and this than made my turbo work harder to get to 21.5psi and eventually the turbo seals gave way and started to blow oil in and in turn started to smoke!!! Didn't think this was to common of a problem but might what to check it out. Oh well; GT3071R here I come!!!
