I forgot that you were running a "simple" on/off system. Any plans to run FIA2 in the future?

Also, can you feel when the meth starts spraying?

One of the criticisms I have heard with on/off systems is that in higher gears when you are not really on it but just passing a car on the highway, you can feel it kind of bog the car when it starts to spray. What is your trigger point?

i have the FiA2/hsv from my VIII...just kind of lazy to tear up this setup, might do it later if i go bigger turbo.

the only time i know the meth is injection is when i see the LED light bars on DDS3 gauge light up, i dont notice any transistion at all

i trigger @10psig - only thing i notice on high gear/partial throttle is sometimes, popping noise from combustion in the exhaust die to rich conditions

Got it, I have my system turn on at 3psi so that I can run aggressive tuning during spool up, I dont know how well it would work to start spraying at 3psi with an on/off system.

i'm spraying 1.0mm X 2 atomizing nozzle...~16GPH on a Hago equivalent nozzle...the twin 5 quart tanks will be empty real quick at so early trigger

imo, there are ONLY 2 standalone failsafes that work, the Aquamist DDS3 and the Zeitronix ZT-2.

The DDS3 detects actual disruption/loss of flow of injectant, Zeitronix detects the after effects, high egt/afr.

Each component in the aquamist system is designed/spec'd for water/methanol injection, the quality/performance of the system is unmatched.

Abner - are you using one of the in line restricotrs?

If so which one and where did you place it?

I am planning to switch out my .7mm nozzles for 1.0mm nozzles.

There is absolutely no shortage of methanol in our twin 1mm nozzle setup

Does not using the restrictor matter?

Richard suggested I use one but to be honest I dont really understand what it does?

i guess w/o the restrictor, you will just flow the max flow rate of the atomizing nozzle ?
