anyone with a 4g64 + 4g63 evo head?

Hi

any of you guys have a 4g64 bottom end mated with your 4g63 head with STOCK cams? can you please post dyno sheets of your setup. im looking for something on a t3/t4 50 trim or gt35r, however any dyno sheets will help. it's very important that the dyno sheets of your head with stock cams.

Thanks!

It would be kind of silly to keep stock cams on that set-up.

I have a lot of dyno sheets with a 2.4 gt35r but not stock cams. PM me if you want those.

this is with a 2L, so a 2.4L would make even a bigger difference (and so would a 35R):

this car was tuned before the cams, and again after. this datalog lab dyno shows before and after a cam install...

The irony here is that upgrading to any of several popular cam sets is perhaps the most reliable, dependable means of increasing power potential available short of a larger exhaust and/or turbo. There are dozens, if not hundreds of examples of this scattered throughout this forum. The 4G63/4G64 responds to revisions in cam profiles rather well (even in largely factory trim), and improvements in power of >10% over the factory cams are not uncommon at the 300-400hp level.

i currently have a gt3582r. i was trying to make up my mind whether to throw in cams on my built motor(4g64 block + crank w/ 4g63 head) or not.
