Here are the Problems (car was running perfectly before cam install)

1.When the MAS is plugged in with everything the car idles for about 2-3 seconds then dies.

2.When the MAS is NOT plugged it, the car will stay idleing

3. the car is giving 2 error codes
1. Error code 1: Camshaft sensor malfunction
2. Error code 2: Camshaft sensor circuit malfunction

A.Timing mark within limits.

B.Cams are at TDC (Top dead center)

Does anyone know what this would be?

it sure is...

What kind of cams were these ?

By MAS, do you mean MAF ?

Have you tried spraying the inside of your MAF with brakecleen ?

You are going to need to find a new cam pos sensor and swap it out and see if it fixes it.

The CPS cant be installe dupside down, it has a 10mm screw that holds it in preventing just that. Is the tiny CPS ground wire connected?

The trigger on the end of the cam can be installed 180 degrees off (upside down).

You were running a blow through maf setup, now your running stock maf? When did you change it? If you didnt change it, your maftpro needs to be set up with the new cams to idle correctly.
