Andrea's Evo is currently making, according to DLL, 337awhp @ 22psi and 91 octane.

Just curious where you are located with 91...somewhere in Cali?

EDIT: nevermind, I see under the avatar...on 91 with meth, you might have to go 37r or so. I'm not sure what type of dyno it is, but those are impressive numbers on 91 if they are without the meth. With 50/50 meth (but stock intercooler) I was making 326/321...so to be making that on just 91 is impressive...but dyno difference could make that up.

I would stay in the 30r series, probably the lower end of them on the 2.0L, 35r responds better to the 2.3L stroker kit.
How involved are you taking this? Bolt on or all out?
GT30r for th 2.0L
At sea level you should make theese #'s easy w/ a 3076r/3071r. ATP has them both for the stock mani, I think..........

Andrea's Evo is getting a AMS 3" TBE and Walbro 255 next week. AMS is shipping it out on Monday and the car will be retuned once the exhaust is installed. From there we will probably go with either the Snow or Aquamist meth kit and then cams, because when we go cams (probably Jun 264s or Cosworth 272s) we'll probably get an AMS or BR built cylinder head, which will obviously cost a pretty penny.

Not all out because the Evo is our daily driver and the S2K is the dedicated track car, but at the same time we want the Evo to be potent enough to compete with most cars out there.

Mods? To achieve those #'s, you need more than you have listed in your sig. Especially on 91 octane fuel.

What brand dyno? I get my car tuned on a Mustang, which generally reads close to a Dyno Dynamics...but they both tend to read a good bit lower than most other brands. This makes a huge difference in what turbo kit you need...a lower reading dyno will make you want a bigger turbo to achieve your 500whp goal...so.

Well shoot, while the head is off do the 2.3 stroker. 35r fully built head and block I'd bet 500+ on pump/meth/H20----------over 600 on C16.

If not all out than stay 2.0 and 30r, I'd question reliability around the 500+ whp mark. In my opinion DD maners would be better in the 30r car.

400+ whp DD is no slouch.

Agreed...I'm going to be shooting for 400awhp on a Mustang Dyno soon...on 91 pump...that's going to be tough. I had meth and sold it....might have to buy another kit just to help out a little bit.

Mods are in my sig, and as I stated the numbers are according to the Data Log Lab, which, according to several threads on this forum, can report numbers similar to a dynojet so long as the settings are correct. Here is the log:

I'm shooting for the same. When my cams get here I'll know if I made the right choice w/ the FP20gLT.

Just so that there isn't any confusion here, the hierarchy of dynos (from lowest reading to highest reading) is as follows:

Mustang dyno < Dyno Dynamics < Dynojet < Dynapack
