can an exhaust leak cause the car not to pull??

it all depends how u drive and how much you launch... thats what kills it....

i drive like a grandma and launched nomore than 5 times, i just want to know can an exhaust leak cause the car to feel slower?

i got the same problem in 3rd 4th 5th. car has 47800 miles. but i dont smell clutch burning ? could it be plugs? rpms spike from 3000 rpm to 4000 when i put my foot into it. ??? any ideas?

mine went a while back and did the low speed 5th gr pull and found it slipping. havent had any problems with the new one.

to answer your question, yes it will. if its close to the motor you can usually hear a ticking.
