I have a friend that is running one on his Talon but is upgrading to a Turbonetics GTK pretty soon. He did not say to much about it except that hotside on those Borg Warner turbo's are extremely heavy.

Borg Warner is a very reputable company, they have been around for a long time. I would say they are ranked right up there along with Garrett when it comes to turbocharger reliability.

there are great, ive yet to see a single compareble garrett match there performance, the borg warner turbos w/ extended tip dont fall off up top like the garretts tend to do, the charge air coming from the borg are also cooler.

borg warner s turbo's are journal bearing and have a longer turbo and SS housing which contains heat better then garretts cast iron housing, in return the design (both SS housing and longer tip) results in the borg warner turbo out spooling a dbb garrett turbo ( comparible models) and not fall off on the top end, BW is rebuildible and extermely cheap to maintain unlike the garrett dbb's

the s366 is going to be more comparible to the gt4088r and they are pretty.

Every person I have talked to has been very happy with the Borg Warner turbos. Brent Rau uses a Borg Warner in his NHRA Modified car.

all i can say about Borg Werner is that they make, i'd say, the most reliable turbos out there...they've got some ridiculous monster, beast, gigantic, humungous, enormous freeekin turbos out there

Blitz uses them and they are popular in the 240/SR20 world and they have great results. Interested in how they do on an Evo.

I have spoken with guys that have bolted on BG and compared back to back against garrett and the BG made more power at less boost and also did not fall off up top at all.. ill be posting the results next week sometime. ill keep you guys posted..

The Honda guys seem to really like them. Not many in the EVO trying them that I have seen. BTW, for those that don't know, Borg Warner is one of the biggest turbo manufacturers in the world and makes the Variable Turbine Geometry turbos for the Porsche 911 Turbo.
