I know this....let say you install a boost guage by way of the fuel pressure regulator and it was installed on the wrong side of the regulator all the car will hold is 18 psi. Check you lines to your gauge. The reason I say this is because i made the mistake several years ago and many people install the guage incorrectly and not know it until they try to go up in power and can't seem to get more than 18 psi. Its worth a look.

I don't hit 20psi in first gear on my 20 g... winds up to fast to get to that boost level..

so you might want to log again,

when i was on the dyno he turned the boost controll so it would go over 30 psi,

when they do a dyno pull its from 2500-3000RPMs in 3rd gear

but during the 1/4 i don't see that low of RPM and its a 20psi spike
So i figured it should at least spike 26 or something in that range, if i am in 5th going down the highway and drop to 3rd still can't get it.

people say it has to be a leak somewhere but i can't find it, because the car wouldn't make 400wtq if something was wrong with the engine or turbo.

OK I'm the one that started this thread and finally I have found the problem it was not the EBC,TURBO,ACTUATOR, or anything like that it was the plugs that weren't gapped right thank's a lot to everybody. So now I have learned the lesson, that even a very small thing that we forget when doing big things can cause the car not too boost at higher RPM'S or to spit and flutter!
