I had a Perrin fmic on a T4 35R kit from ETS.

Chris's car heated up like 24 degrees or something and David Buschur said that It wasnt performing bad at all. He didnt smear ETS at all, he even said his deluxe and AMS's street cooler would probably perform the same way given the conditions.

My car heated up like 48 degrees and considering it was the same size as chris's cooler and same as buschur deluxe and ams's for the most part, it performed like ****.

Buschur told us to get EITHER his 4" or AMS's 4" and either me or chris mentions ETS made a 4" core as well and he said word for word "well I never tested theirs but if its a good core then thats fine too."

I'm not speaking for anyone in this thread, just saying that Dave himself did not take the opportunity to smear ETS or anyone else. Dave is one of those people who says whatevers hes thinking and makes jokes and talks a lil $hit but damn guys, what the hell are we here for???? Theres nothing wrong with competition. If ETS, Paul, AMS, Buschur, Lucas, etc... saw each other at the track, I dont think it would be weird or anything, I think any of them would help out anyone else if they could when it came down to it. Buschur is a good guy at heart but he talks a lil $hit. But then again i think he can and has the right to. mans been around for like 35 years doing 4G63's.
Old thread but I have a question. On Buschurs forums the raw FMIC temp data was posted and the Perrin FMIC did not got up 40+ degrees like you posted. Was the Buschur post a different car (it sounds like your car) or is the data incorrect?

ETS T4, GT35r kit with Perrin FMIC 2 liter
ETS T4, GT35r kit
Perrin FMIC

Starting AIT 102.2 degrees
Ending AIT 118.4 degrees
Peak boost 32.60 psi
20 psi at 6063 rpm

If anyone has questions regarding our intercoolers, let me know! I wouldn't believe everything you see on youtube.

Just a little update!

You now have your choice of Blue or Black Silicone!

We can anodize your intercooler Black, Blue, Gold or Red!

Most intercoolers are in stock ready to go!

We also have a new lower pipe design that gives an average of 12whp over stock!

Good Evening!

Michael

Both the ETS and Buschur FMIC looks very similar. I'd say either one of them is good if you have the money.
