Its the same thing, I think just a different diameter. There is even a setting when installing it to switch from 3" to 3.5" if thats the MAF you have. Its the flip of a switch. I don't know anything about 4" MAF though, never heard of them being that big.

I stuck with a 3" MAF blowthrough, I dunno. Just thought it was enough for my application. And maby it would read the air more accurately if it wasn't oversized. Thats the only downside when I read up on Camaro's and them upping their MAF size, the consistancy of the metering.

The draw through is nice because when you boost leak the AFR's richen up and you know there is a problem. The blow through is nice because you can VTA when you need to run that big tial. If running blow through make sure you aren't spraying water or meth as when it hits the sensor it will kill it.
I am actually planning on adding methanol injection. As long as I am spryaing after the MAF, this shouldn't be a problem right? I mean I'll only spray when in the higher PSI anyway, and the air is only flowing in one direction.

thanks ^^^

ok. I plan on putting this GM MAF 3 inch or 3.5 inch on the UICP somewhere, does anyone know how far down i should get it cut? But if i get the 3.5 in MAF then I'd have to get a 3.5 inch UICP right? or would i loose any power from just getting reducers?
