built blocks AMS, B/R, JAM.. Who to go with and why
david can u give us a quick 8.8sec 101 on compressure,boost,power.
i may say this wrong but ill try. if u run higher compression u can run less boost but make more power.... if u run lower compression u run less boost with less power. now if your running 25psi on pump you will knock or more **** to knock on a higher compression then a lower one. am i just retarted??? or can you explan this a little better so we can understand what compression ratio would be right for what each application would need to make the most out of that part of the setup.
i think i even confused myself.

To the OP... Id go personally with who has what in stock. Most everyone, aside from JAM, has the same parts. Price is always slightly different, but in the end, how long of a wait do you have for what you want or how long are you willing to wait ? I've seen the AMS head, ive seen the JAM head and they both look great... ofcourse JAM has their added touch to things which is nice, and i havent dealt with a more professional company. CBRD is Jam built and his last setup made 49x hp on pump on their mustang dyno. Each place has great reputations, and they are deserved for sure. But to say id go hands down with x company because i've heard blah blah blah is just down right stupid.

i think i even confused myself.this was on the fuel i was usin, which might make a big difference (****ty pump fuel)
9.0:1 comp does not compromise in any way. u should make good power, and good torque. like i said, on pump fuel. and u will probably make it sooner, though im no expert, jus my experience.
if u gonna run 30 + psi, then maybe u can afford to lose the hp, to make more torque. in other words low comp.
personally id go with 9.0:1
Pick whom you feel your personality fits with.
AMS, BR, and JAM all have different approaches with their personalities, businesses, and builds.... and they are all excellent.
