good luck with your build. im currently in the process of installing a green, 780cc injectors, meth kit and getting a tune and dynoed. should be up and running in about a week.

why are you hating on the Green soooo much? Chances are good you're still rockin' the 16g...

My car was nothing beyond average... Normal parts, pump gas and tune.. Its just having the right combination, took me alot of trial and error to find out what works and what doesnt.

With the green to make amazing numbers that turbo has to be pushed... Theres a guy i tuned here locally that has every bolt on like revmoto + the diesel coolingmist kit (2 pumps, 4 nozzles) + cosworth cams + green. My car on DLL was showing 430-435, his car was showing 460's hp and 480's trq just for comparison sake.

Now the power to make the $1000 upgrade worth it only showed up after 34 pounds. If youre going to get a green to run on pump, its stupid and a waste of money in my opinion unless youre willing to run a higher psi tune on pump which many people dont.

I dont want to sound like im completely hating on the turbo, but most people get them and dont see half of the potential.

If i could do my setup over again i would have gone green instead of 3065 and tried to get as close to 500whp on a dynojet as possible and bought some stock wheels with dr's instead of 3k on a turbo kit. Up to the point when i built my car i hadnt pushed a green to the max to see what its really capable of. I've made very good numbers for people who want a conservative tune or semi-aggresive, but never was too impressed with the money spent to get there.

Cheers!

Also, port the exhaust manifold, or get one already ported. Stock manifold will be fine up to 450-500 whp when it's ported. The porting is very little work for the continued gain as you modify other parts. Port the Green and don't just 'match' it. Do it right and use inside mics. Good luck and welcome back to the 'mod' world.
Good information 9sec9.
To compare and share, at 33~35 psi, we monitored our PTE 780cc injectors, and logged them at 75% duty cycle, on a 3rd gear pull.
