Coolant leak, replace banjo bolt, gasket and ??

I've had to add coolant twice in ~900 miles since I had a bunch of work done, including a shop installing a Green.

So anyway I was checking around the engine bay tonight and felt under the coolant line on the front-side of the turbo, the one with the 21mm banjo bolt and my fingers came up wet with green (coolant).
So I tried to tighten it but could only get about 1/8th of a rotation on it. So I plan to replace the banjo bolt and the copper seal ring, they look a little corroded.
Anyway, anything else I should do? Do I need to apply anything to the threads of the bolt or anything?

Kind of a ***** to get to it, I was using a shallow 21mm 1/2" drive, as it's the only the 21mm I have. Any ideas to get to it easier and get better leverage, without removing the upper rad hose or overflow line?

Thanks

The copper washers shouldn't be reused. BUT, they get reused. There is no need to replace the bolt unless damaged.

Yank the rad if you need room. Torque the bolt to 31 ft lbs.

Thanks. I know they shouldn't be re-used, but by looking at it, I think the shop did re-use it.
