wooo. i got the radiator tonite and fired up my car for the first time in almost a month. got on it a little but not too hard cuz i didnt wanna tear anything up. im not tuned yet. pulls great. cant wait to see what it does tuned.

i just got ecu flash and evo scan for tuning. i need to get a tactrix cable now. any of you guys wanting to get rid of one or have an extra to get rid of please let me know. ill pay extra for express shipping also. hopefully ill be on the dyno next saturday. ive already lined up the tuning session. if i dont find a cable from someone by tomorrow night im gonna just order one from tactrix. my cams should also be coming in this week so i can slap them in before the tune. i should hopefully put down 400+whp. all ill need to get after this is some meth injection even though im running 780cc injectors im still getting it. i think im gonna go with the aquamist. not sure which one exactly. anybody got any input on that let me know. either hfs1 or hfs5

my jun cams came in today. i was gonna post up some pics but i cant get my camera to work. man these things look great. i got the 272s with jun gears,jun springs and the type2 titanium retainers. im gonna get tuned on saturday so im gonna hold off and see how much power i put down before the cams and then see how much i gain after the cams. i got a hook up on dyno time so i wont spend an arm and a leg to get tuned. im gonna use my ble lifter which i already had and
a couple other little things like seat locators and stem seals. im gonna use my ferrea 1mm over ss intake valves and 1mm over inconel valves with manganese bronze valve guides. so the head will be fully built. all i need to get is some methanol injection and ill pretty much have every supporting mod for my new setup. im gettin on the dyno saturday morning. hopefully my camera will be working by then so i can post a dyno sheet. if not ill get him to send it to my email and ill post it that way. im using ecuflash and evo scan for tuning/datalogging. should all work out pretty well. ill keep you guys updated on the progress.

 

Who did you go through to get the JUN cams. How long did you end up waiting? I am trying to get these cams aswell but it seems that nobody stocks them.

 

i ended up gettin them str8 from jun. took 2 weeks for them to arrive after payment.

 

we've gotten cams from 500whp.com and It's easy to talk to Jun directly, plus they are cool cats.

yea it wan an easy deal. should be startin on the cam this weekend maybe. im gettin tuned saturday morning to see what im puttin down now and then im gonna tune again after the cams and meth injection.
