im going with jun cams. already ordered them. im using 780s. i have a forge wga. i already have head studs.
To the OP:
1. Get some S1s. My review and latest results can be found by searching for my previous posts. BTW, I am selling mine because I am moving to a HTA 35R setup. PM me if you are interested.
2. 780s will be enough and the right size for the green! I have the latencies posted on the ECUFlash forum.
3. If you are going to run 24+ PSIs get a high pressure WGA. If not, stay with the stock one. Adjustable WGA need to have the right amount of preload or erratic boost may occur.
4. Get a Forge or Hallman as your MBC. I own an iColor because I change boost settings depending on the fuel I am using at the moment. Highly recommended!
5. Buy some head studs and get them installed @ 85 #s with the ARP lube. Tips: Heat cycle the car without going into extreme boost and then re TQ them when the car is completelly cold. Cycle TQ them at least five times.... Twice.... the first time during installation and after the heat cycle. First time, I remove the nut and re Tq to specs(one by one) three times. Second time after the heat cycle, I just re TQ them without removing the nuts.
6. Walbro 255 HP!
7. Get some IKH24 sparks and gap them @ .018 if running ~25 PSI.
8. Get an intercooler if you are going to run more than 22 PSI on the green.
9. Port manifold. Do not coat it.... you may experience some peeling and the engine bay will look nasty. PM Me if you want to see some pics.
Just my 0.02! Use them at your own risk!

To the people running 780's:
Do you have problems with starting sometimes? I have a green with 750's, JUN cams, meth etc and my coldstart is as expected a little lumpy idling for a few seconds, but if I drive it somewhere and then let it sit for say 20-30 minutes sometimes the restart takes a couple cranks and the idle is very low until i rev it.
My normal idle is ~800rpms.
Also recently noticed some hesitation/bogging from like 2000-3500rpms at a steady cruise....if I get on it it goes good but a cruise, ie maintaining speed or very slowly accelerating...it seems to hesitate or bog a little. Car is a IX with 29k on it. Plugs are stock gapped at .024, I will change them to one step colder due to the meth and turbo.
Current plugs have only 8k miles on them, maybe less.
No CEL's on. Any ideas? I just cleaned the MAF. Car pulls great, A/F is good.
What are the symptoms of a bad o2 sensor?

Try to raise the rev limiter to 900-1000 RPMs. I am running 280s and the idle is very good considering the duration.
I had the same issue on my S1s and I fixed it by raising the idle to around 950 RPMs.

I ran 780s with my green with no issues. Without meth you can get in the 375-400whp range. I was running 11's consistently with the FP green and the items in my sig.
You will be very happy with that turbo man, its the best one on the market imho!

How do I do that? With the idle screw? Any ideas for the other issues?
Also have the injector scale check'd to make sure the values are fine.
Does not hurt to check them.

checked on the radiator and it should be here monday or tuesday at the latest. i got the pwr one. once it arrives all i have to do is slap it in, connect the hoses, put the fan back on, and put in coolant. then i can fire it up and head off to get tuned finally. god it seems like this has taken me forever but its just been b/c ive been waiting on parts to arrive. cant wait to get it on the dyno and then take it to the track. im gonna post up some numbers and a dyno chart before too long.
