aem ems
3" turbo back

tell me what you think and what i should add because i know some things are missing
What RPM are you looking to rev to? If you're planning on revving past 9000 RPM, then you may want to think about removing the balance shafts, since they spin at twice the RPM as your crank.

- You're listing a 75mm TB, but there's no mention of 3" IC piping.
- Eagle pistons? I don't think I've heard of Eagle making pistons, but I could be wrong...
- You didn't list adjustable cam gears. HKS 272's definitely do not run optimally at 0/0. If you don't want to use adjustable cam gears, you may want to look at different cams, such as GSC

When someone begins talking about a 67mm turbo, HKS 272s, 650hp, and 9000rpm in the same context, those all-too-familiar red flags start waving (we see them often).

As for what I think, you'd be far for the wiser to invest more time in researching and reading about the results from various combinations before you start assembling a grocery list.

Just a few things because I sent you a PM.

EAGLE RODS suck if you are planning on 500 whp or more. We don't even sell them anymore. We use to and I sold A LOT of them. Then we started seeing them fail on a regular basis. For those saying how great they are, they just aren't making enough power and running enough RPM. I will not sell them.

You will need our double pumper or AMS's or other options, a single 255 won't work.

1000 cc injectors will be good for about 600 on our dyno and our dyno reads low.

AEM EMS or some other fuel management.

Forget HKS 272 or 280 cams. The Jun 272's are good, Tomei 280's our BF272's.

I've had no problem with Supertech dual springs, ever.

One last thing. THE MAGNUS INTAKE MANIFOLD I TESTED IS AN OLD DESIGN THAT IS NOT MADE ANYMORE. If you want to run his new stuff get it, I have not tested it.

what cams would be best for maxing a 35r on the old head? How come you dont make your BF272's for the older evo's and dsm's, i would definatley buy some if they were available

Please don't over look GSC S2 cams. I've been looking into these and have herd very good things.

I've also herd the JUN 272's and BF 272's are pretty close in respect of cam #'s.. BOTH BADASS cams. The japenese cams are a little too pricey for me. I would run the BF or GSC. That simple.

BR race fmic is the only option also. PT67 turbo might be a little too large for daily driving for you.
