i think you need a ported 10.5 hotside, & o2 housing to see better results

I just got back my intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and throttle body back from GrimmSpeed and it looks fantastic! I think I would rather keep it stock and have them do this work than to buy other parts. The best part is that it looks totally sleeper style but then boom - you've got flow to go. Very happy!

Here is a video and some pics of what I got back from them
All I have to say is WOW! These guys are talented. I'll let the work speak for itself.

It would be interesting to see if they provide flow numbers for the runners of the intake manifold to see how much more it's balanced out. We don't provide that service anymore, but I know that is one of the main aims of porting the OEM IM.

Do the pieces in the pics have a special coating on them?

Flow numbers would be nice. I'm not sure what they are, but for sure there is a large improvement. It is so smooth and vast inside of these parts now. The way they were before was like a typical cast product; full of impurities and turbulence. Now it is like a finely tuned musical instrument. It reminded me of playing wind instruments in high school lol, how smooth and perfect the metal is.

The coating that is on there is ceramic coating and helps keep out heat in the intake side, and helps keep in heat on the exhaust side. It also makes the parts look way cleaner, and provides a cleaner look to the engine bay.

One thing I really enjoy is the sleeper effect. I'm into racing, and one thing that gives away a big powerful evo is a massive aftermarket intake manifold, boomba throttle body, and custom welded exhaust manifold. What I like about this setup is that it appears completely stock but is the exact opposite. It brings out a nice surprise effect and allows me to have more fun at the races with unsuspecting challengers.
