something to think about -- using a full-race twinscroll manifold on that setup with a borgwarner twinscroll housing will REALLY pickup the lowrpm/midrange performance of that turbo, since it is specifically designed as a twinscroll (Due to the width of the turbine inducer tip)

I more than agree, but it is difficult to convince most customers to spend the extra money on a twin scroll setup. The road course guys don't want the extra weight so they usually opt for the small open .ar housings.

they dont want the extra weight of a larger a/r housing? or they dont want the weight of a 2nd wg? seems to me its a minute difference...for people that dont want to spend the $$ to go twinscroll, thats why we still make our singlescroll kits

The extra weight of the 2nd WG & plumbing. Some don't want the extra weight of the larger housing either, but I've only had one person ***** about that.

If you have a single WG TS application I wasn't aware of, that's great and I'll add it to our catalog. I don't get much time in front of my computer these days.

Have you clearance the TS BW turbos with your TS manifolds? The .55 open T3 stainless S256 turbo with your open T3 manifold we had to heavily modify the trans mount bracket to fit it in. It’s the 4” intake that doesn’t clear but since all the S200 turbos are that way I guess it’s a mute point. It still doesn’t clear like I would prefer as I need to shave half of the bolt head down.

now you're just giving away other peoples secrets. hahahaha

I would be curious to see how the .76 TS housing would do in a good TS configuration. I've even thought about going that route with the DSM to see what happens. I am very very happy with the results we've seen with the modified .70 AR housing that we did quite some time ago.

Hmmm, that's an interesting idea.
