Arrow Clutch problems raise your hand!!!

I know there are plenty of clutch discusions on the forum, but I am just looking for a number. I want to know how many people have had problems with the clutch. I really would prefer to keep discusions out of this thread. this is what I need.

1. first name (or screen name if you perfer)
2. Where you bought your evo (dealer, city, state)
3. where you took it to get fixed (dealer, city, state)
4. Miles on car when it broke
5. did warranty cover it.

And If you want a brief comment about service or experience during the time of repair, and your brief toughts on the matter.

1. seth
2. Libscomb mitsu, springfield MO
3. Continental Joplin MO
4. 2,600 miles
5. Hopfully in shop now.

The reason for this is becuase my mitsu said they had never heard of any clutch issues on the evo. So if you would leave your info. This is basically a head count.

3. Sheehy mitsu.... i didnt take it there but i talked to him about my clutch slipping B4 it completly died and all he could say is "clutch isnt warrantied"... i called Stholman mitsu and they said they would have to take it apart first and then find it if its warranty repair by talking to the service manager... to me thats more like we are going to take it apart... tell you its not under warranty.. and then make me pay for doing that.... and " y not just get the clutch replaced here since its already out" .... sorry i am not paying 1000$ for labor from stealerships...

Mine slips when I launch it hard, no big surprise there. other than that, it's fine. I've got a twin disc on order from OZRallyGuy so my stock worries will be over soon. maybe then I can wring a sub 2.0 60' time out of it without smelling clutch.

I'm guessing the metal studs on the disk ate into the flywheel face huh?

Come on folks, there have been more than four or five early failures on this board haven't there??

NO, but I do not have it yet. I just hope they don't change their minds. I was prepared to go to war, hopefully it wont come to that. Maybe becuase it was more than just the clutch, it was the presure plate, flywheel, and throwout bearing. I believe that is what they said.

The bad part is my car will have been completly taking apart and its brand new, that blows.
