Before you do anything, pull your oil stick check oil level, and condition of it,is there any in it??,does it smell burnt?? does it look milky??,don't just start trying to fix it yourself especially when you could have a very serious problem.Don't go any further on it until you pick up the phone and speak with the persons that built it,then whom tuned it.You could add insult to injury by trying to play A-tech.

You have a garbage (worse than stock headgasket), a garbage turbokit, and a tune from an unknown tuner. What did you expect to happen.

Sounds like severe detonation or preignition, melting the plug.

Bad injector is what people always first guess at when it comes to a blown motor but I really doubt this happens often. I wonder if the tune you had used AEM knock control.

If the injector doesn't fire there's no ignition event so it's not going to melt anything on one pull in 3rd gear. If the injector was squirting 1/2 the gas that it was supposed to then I can see how there'd be damage but a complete shutoff is a different story.

This is very true - i have seen examples with a partially connected plug and or partially clogged injector which resulted in melting of spark plugs.

When the plug comes off there is no fuel to burn anything so no damage

Often it can take deterctive work to track down the cause of a failure of this kind.

The OP should try to determine if his AEM box was set for for internal logging or not
