P0090 Fuel Pressure Solonoid Circuit

I recently changed my intake manifold (seperate thread coming up) and I accidently crossed two connectors. I put the injector clip for cylinder 1 on the Fuel Pressure Solonoid and the Fuel Pressure Solonoid clip on Injector 1. After starting up the car and realizing that I made a mistake I changed them back. The car runs fine but now I have a P0090 code that will not go away. I check the resistance on the solonoid and it is within spec at 32 ohms (manual says 25 ~ 35 is OK) I checked the voltage at the connector and it is a 12.6 with the key on and 13.7 with the car running so I figure that is ok as well. I am afraid I did something to the ECU internally. I will also try a different Fuel Pressure Solonoid to see if that makes a difference.

Can anybody offer any advise?

You did clear the code right?

If not pull the negetive on the battery and flip on the headlights for a couple seconds.

Tried a different Fuel Pressure Solonoid and that did not make a difference.

I have cleared the code but it keeps coming back. I will try a different ECU to see if that helps.
