RTFT, this was not posted by a vendor. Have fun being incorrect and slow!

While I would love to see hard facts, specs, and dynos as much as anyone, I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with it at all. CBRD is a relatively small niche operation and it doesn't sound like they currently have plans for larger volume production on anything just yet, and they didn't start this thread, and aren't advertising anything. They may be just letting this thread generate and gauge interest before they invest much into it. It also sounds like there may be several variations of this, depending what the customer wants exactly.
Those who are serious, know what they want and are ready to buy, and want to be one of the first will get in touch with them about it and get something. Then if they feel it's appropriate they can produce real-world results with these cars and share. There are plenty of vendors doing it the other way, hyping something up that they have lots of theories, ideas, and "should-be"s about it, and have just barely tested themselves (if at all) and start selling right away, letting the consumer produce the results and share them.
CBRD is on to something with this, because there is definitely a market that has not been nearly exhausted for smaller turbo options, and if they were to come out and release all the data on this as one of the first, people with more leverage in terms of being ready to produce and sell compeitive products could get the jump on them.
Maybe I am falsely speculating, but CBRD has a background in real racing, and in that field, if you want to be quiet but deadly with a high chance of success, you don't show your hand too soon. Personally, if I were currently in the market for a smaller frame turbo upgrade, I would appreciate the current semi-secrecy of these options and how CBRD is handling them.

You are as dumb as you are oblivious. Please shut your mouth before you make yourself look more dumb than you already have.
