Spark Tech vs AEM EMS
I know having both would be the best way to go but if I had to pick one which one and why.
With a tune I'm looking for the best power mod. (I know AEM EMS is more money but IDC)
I'm on stock turbo running meth @30psi (depends what gear you're in sometimes more psi)
Thanks

well you can make more power with both. and also the stock ecu is fine as so is the stock ignition. what i would do is get the basic spark tech ignition. the aem cant fix a missfire. and you really dont want to run a .020 or lower plug gap. get the c.o.p. run a .028 to .030 and never worry about an ignition issue for the rest of your life. then get the aem later down the line.
If you're successfully using 30 psi on the stock turbo and are not having problems, I'm not sure why you're looking to fix them.
If I were in your position and was itching to spend pursuant toward more power, I would consider a top tier FMIC, cam upgrade, turbo upgrade, tubular manifold, or something else that will enhance airflow. I'd also invest a bit of time in learning how to upgrade, tweak, and tune the factory ECU as best as I could. You may already be doing or have done these things, I don't know.
If it ain't 'broke', don't fix it.

Thanks for the kind words. Did I say I'm not having any problems?
On another note: I am itching to to upgrade but, the scratch is limited.
If I had the money to blow I wouldn't be asking lame a$$ questions on car forums to try and save a buck!?
