EGT sensor should be on cylinder #2 and if you are going to tap your manifold, have someone hold a shop vac near the drill point and rev the engine to 4K RPM to shoot out any shavings that may fall in the manifold to prevent filings from going through your turbo.

I would recommend the o2 sensor as far down the down pipe as you can go but before the catalytic converter or on the test pipe if you have one.

Weld it at 2 or 3 o clock if it doesn' fit at 12 o clock. Do yourself a favor and buy some anti foulders for your sensor to get the SES light off on the car while you are down there.

i am not sure why you would need anti-foulers on the wideband o2 sensor. the ECU won't see that.

Yea can someone elaborate on this or is it not necessary. I already have anti foulers on my o2 sensor for the straight pipe and about to do wideband install.

You don't need or should even want anti foulers on your wideband, because the sensor is suppossed to be IN the exhaust stream. Also as long as you don't have a Catalytic converter you can place the wideband senor just about anywhere in the exhaust.. You just don't want it to close to the turbo because the heat will be too much. Now if you do have a Cat highflow or not, you want the wideband in front of it.. (somwwhere on the Downpipe) Because the A/F mixture will be altered after the cat.
