its IX based...so I image thats for upgrading a IX turbo. coming from a 9.8 VIII, it would be a worth upgrade for me. i was set on the white, but now that the red is out....its tempting! the spool isnt all that bad, and seeing how Tom's manifold is designed to move everything to the right...I imagine with a less pysco manifold lol it'll spool quite nicely.

no evidence that the white will outperform a stock IX turbo. The green is still a much better upgrade from what i read. This red should be even better.

I just wish someone was willing to spend the time & money to do back to back to back tests on a stock bock full bolt on car. IX, White, Green, Red, & HTA 35R. Or a few of those mentioned anyway. I realize that it is unlikely, but it would be nice. I've bee thinking about going Green, but I'd like to see how the Red compares on a stock bolt on car.

give it a month........ look how fast the green numbers came out. That turbo did well so I think people won't be as skeptical about this one. Those 15 will probably get sold by tomorrow.

The extra flow is there. What you do with it is up to you. Pump gas numbers are up to the tuner.

if I could get my green sold for a good price, I'd pick up the red and would have back to back results

Trent's car has been running the Red for over a month. Full build car though too. At 28 psi he made 406 on our dyno, ran 10.9 at 126 mph with it.

As long as they are not sold out, I'll be able to give you guys some numbers on another pump gas, fairly built car soon. THIS is the kind of turbo I have always wanted. I just hope there are some left, if so I am getting one NOW.

the old school DSM days are back! Im sure the RED will not be a disappointment by any means. FP will soon have the turbo-making game on lock! If the RED performs like i think it will it may end the days of the 50trim kits all the way up to POSSIBLY the 30R and 3065. Bolts right up too...damn. I swear pretty soon the evo community will go like this: If you have an evo thats making good power and does not have a 35R turbo or better, then there is a 90% chance it has a FP turbo on it. The white, green, and red are all potent turbos in their respective PRICES and CLASSES.

maybe I should jump on this as well. I don't think the Green is a worthwhile long term investment for my IX. I am finishing my meth install so this red would be a great match for my basic bolt-on/meth IX
