Im wondering how frequent I should change my driveline fluids? I use all OEM and know the fluid capacities of them etc. My friend said I should change them every 8k miles (tranny, TC and rear diff) mind you I do not track the car or even drive it hard on a daily basis although I do have fun with it I dont beat on it. I searched and seen a whole array of different answers. Oh and its a 6-speed MR. Thanks

Every 6k miles for driveline fluids? That's like changing your engine oil every 1k miles. Mitsu recommends 30k miles for driveline fluids for non-severe driving.

 

yeah why not just follow what's in the warranty booklet?

 

I just finished changing mine. I probabbly do it every 2 years or so.
