I am actually thinking about upgrading my tripple carbon to a push style now.

I don't know why we are having so much trouble with this clutch. I ran an Exedy twin metallic for 26,000 miles with no issues and it had the springs it came with.

The only thing that I can think of is that the grove in the throw bearing is not keeping the clip locked around it. Either that, or the collar in the cover plate is causing seating issues around the bearing.

Can we put some kind of adhesive or something that will hold the clip together?

No, the clip needs to expand so that the TOB will clip into it. Maybe we can put something around the bearing that will adhere to the clip.
