Vac/Boost Problem?

Yesterday I noticed when I started my car that my Vac was only -13 when usually it is -17. So I started driving to work and once the car got warm I hit it, it only hit 11 instead of 24. It also surges up and down quickly between 6-11 psi

So I turned off my EBC and should of been running wastegate pressure of 11.5psi. I am only seeing 6psi in 5th gear instead of 11-12, no surging, just won't boost.

Now other than a boost leak, which I am going to search for this weekend, any ideas? I know it could be alot of things I am just looking for feedback on what to look at first.

I think you are on the right track with a boost leak, look at the hoses on the backside of the intake manifold. They tend to blow off a lot.

Good ideas guys all will be checked, also when I installed my EBC I mini zip-tied everything tight. Everything looked good from above, I just have to take out my ARC box and get underneath it and check out the AEM solenoid.
