FP Red......565awhp/557awtq on E 85!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drag racing is cheap as hell compared to roadracing, I will give you that, but to me the amount of enjoyment and respect you get out of and have for the car after road racing it cannot be achieved in any other form of motorsports.
Cars that will murder your car in the 1/4 won't come close on the roadcourse with some simple brake/suspension/wheelandtire mods.

That sounds like drag racing to me...

Really?? your the 1st person i have ever heard say that.. Nothing breaks on the car roadracing.. Drag racing on a high level your lucky to make more passes than you break.. You could run 200 miles on 1 motor , tranny and tcase road racing.. Drag racing youll never go 800 passes.. LOL

Except drag racing often leads to broken parts, sometimes before you even start having fun. If you break something while road racing, you've definitely been having fun
I see drag racing as 'How much money have I spent on my car?" and "Can I mash the gas and shift in a straight line?"
Road racing is about "How much can I keep up with maintenence, afford to total this car, and how well can I, as a driver, get this car to take the fastest line around this course?"
Autocross is "How well can I learn this course in a couple walk-throughs, then how perfectly can I drive drive this car through 6-10 turns in 60 seconds or less?"
As unexciting as it can be, maybe try not to look at working an autocross corner as "just waiting around for your turn." I know it seems like a lot of non-driving for little seat time, but I have learned just as much watching and listening while working a corner as I have behind the wheel.
Sorry Frank, we totally jacked your thread
ok, pull up beside me with a 16g, green/red/blue/white whatever, 30r and see if that quicker spool makes any difference.
I'll brake boost and be at 30psi and when it's time to go it'll be all over but the cryin and if you're going from a dig I launch at 7000rpm on the 2step at 15psi, there's no respool time on shifts either.

In anything other than drag racing, boost recovery is a significant factor in choosing a turbo. Actually, EVEN IN drag racing it is a significant factor. Look at all the people going away from the 42R and 45R to something that is easier to launch and easier to keep in boost between shifts. . .
Now, back on topic - Great results Frank, and great tuning job Tym!! Way to go guys! I'll bet you this turbo will be able to come pretty close to 500whp on pump gas?? Possible?? Keep up the great work!
EVOlutionary
I say they need to see some videos of the 35R and your car, and watch that boost gauge hit full boost on every shift!
Red is supper amazing " like stock" and Congrats to the guys on the results
Every turbo has the pros/cons!
And do not forget that the 566whp you see have sucked $2,000 in a AEM EMS Mod
Only if one hasn't seen something like this:

It lasts more than 10 seconds, demands more skill, and is loads of fun.
I am so glad I got the aem ems early on...its a powerful weapon in the right hands and having experience with it is priceless. On the stock turbo and ecu i went from running 115 traps consistantly to running 119 traps consistantly after the aem.
