Hi everyone im pretty new here but any way on firday i went in for my first oil change at the dealer the tech guy had like haft a bottle of oil left so i told hem to put it in truck. Today i was cleaning my car and found the quarts and it was mobil 1 synthetic blend for 75000 mile or more cars any do u guys this they just voided my warrenty thank

 

it did not void your warranty. Go change your oil and put mobil one 10w-30 in...

 

Hang on to that bottle for "evidence" though and make sure you show it to the service manager after you get the proper mobil-1 full syn in there.

If you had done it, it would have voided the warranty, assuming they could prove it.

 

Don't worry it won't kill the car but I would change over to full synthetic 10w30 and get a refund.

 

I swear the dealerships will do anything to try and save a buck or two
