brand new clutch and flywheel chatter
a couple weeks ago i had a new clutchmasters clutch and fidanza flywheel installed. im at around 700 miles since the install, did the whole preferred break in period properly. but when i let of the gas pedal, in any gear, it sounds like chattering, scratchy metal. it did it when i first picked it up from the shop and they said it was normal till its broke in, well its broke in now and the noise hasnt gone away at all, i think they installed something wrong, or maybe something is rubbing, they are still TRYING to say its normal(dont trust them). any input? opinions??
I had the same thing going for my carbonetic... I read that this is normal for twin disks
But mine chatter on high rpms as well, similar to the sound when u fully pressed your catch pedal... and this is the one that I am worried about...

i dont have a twin disc. it ended up being a defective throwout bearing, which they replaced, comes with the clutch kit. first they tried telling me it was my transmission, i knew for a fact it wasnt that, last time i ever take my car in for something i could have done myself.
