They're no longer round. It has pushed the little key on the timing belt pulley back into pulley, therefore it's not really being held in place. Definitely time for a new pulley.

If you're having the same issues, you might wanna get it checked out!
If you're going to replace it either replace it with an OEM pulley or go with a Fluidampr. Just make sure the pulley you go with has the ability to dampen and not just reduce weight.

The "lightweight" pulleys will do more damage than they are worth.

I had a issue like this a few months ago but my problem turned out to be something differnt.

My A/C motor bracket broke which then put the A/C pulley at an angle making the blet jump all the grooves and led to the belt fraying. We didn't find this out until I went through another belt within a few days. Then we looked at what was going on closer and found it right away. SO we just used a A/C delete belt and left it the way it was for the time being.

problem solved.

I ordered a fluidampr. I wanted to get one anyways, just not right before Christmas. Hopefully I get the aluminum version. I asked for it, hopefully they realized that, and that's what I get. Either way, I'll be happy.

I checked the belt and it looks good.
