Got some good news for you guys. We prototyped a tubular k-member, front control arms, rear control arms, and rear tow rods. Every thing is adjustable. The front control arms have some role center adjustment. Every thing is jigged prototyped and test fitted. Every thing is 100% chromoly construction. These have bin in the works and ran for about 1 year now.

Give you an example of the detail. We had ball joint cups made out of .25 thick chromoly tube 2inch id. Turned to fit a replicable ball joint. This tube is over $10 a inch. But this helps stick with the 100% chromoly theme. We will not be selling cheap mild steel mig welded versions.

Reasons for doing all this.
1- weight savings even over the aluminum peaces
2- stiffness in the tubing end rod ends on all control arms and tow arm
3- clearance you can now see your intake with t-case in place also t-case comes right out now

These parts are being made in quantities keeping the overall costs down. They will come powder coated and have a option for choice of colors.

I will snap a few teaser pics later. As for pricing its not written in stone but here are some ball park figures.

Lower rear control arms with poly bushing on spindle end 5/8 rod end adjustable $225
Lower rear control arms with spherical bearing on spindle 5/8 rod end adjustable $275
Front control arms 5/8 rod ends adjustable $450
Rear toe rods 5/8 rod ends adjustable $200
Front k- member $1k

These peaces were all over engineered to withstand drag or auto-x use. As for the street ability of these parts all aftermarket parts are made for off road purposes only. We sacrificed some weight saving to ensure long life and strength. All parts however still save lots of weight. Will bring scale and camera into work today. More info tonight.
