HTA86 question

I decided for my build im going to use the HTA86 for the turbo. I have my setup listed out more or less but im unsure on cams. Im up in the air about either the BF 272s or the Kelford 272s. I know mellon is running the BF's on his car just wanted to see any other input you guys have. Oh and this will all be powered on e85. I was thinking 1400cc? should this be enough injector for this turbo (going to be around 30psi more or less) or should I go 1600 (worried about drivability). Thanks

Are you going to be running on Stock Ecu or AEM? And they don't make 1400cc injectors, unless I am unaware... Although they do make 1450's.. 30 psi on E85? That is a weak boost for that turbo on E85 gas.. You can run 30lbs on pump gas 93.. Between the BF's and Kelfords.. Kelfords will give you better low end, response, and spool of the turbo.. While BF's will give you more midrange and topend.. but they do lose low end and spool... Its really up to you.. What is the full mod list of this car?

Oo ok I just assumed they went along the lines of 1200, 1400, 1600. Well this is the early idea of my setup. Motor will be bought first then drivetrain then turbo kit. I want to break in the motor on the stock turbo while im saving for the rest, no rush (not a daily anymore). Im still open to ideas especially on the fine stuff like boost etc. but this is roughly what it should be.

Buschur Built 2.0 Longblock
Stock ECU for now but I think I might go AEM since its a all out build, why not
Buschur Double Pumper
Whichever cc injectors for e85
Buschur or Sparktech COP (if needed)
Still undecided about cams, have to decide what I want
ETS Super Value HTA86 kit
Dynoflash Al for the tuning (im in the northeast)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shep built 5spd
Shep TC
Clutch??
DSS axles (if needed, when and if the stockers break)

FIC does make stepped injector sizes all the way up to 1600 cc., so that is certainly an option for you.

The BF272's are not available for the Mivec IX. We use the HTA86, but run the FP5R cams. Lots of topend power, but not really a street cam.

I've been wondering, are Buschur BF272 good for street cams?
