for the amsoil you bought,which goes into the transfercase,rear diff,and tranny? SG 75w-90 and the MT 75-90?thanks!

Yeah AMS wanted 200 to port my stock mani. i live 40min away from them and when they were at there old shop there prices wernt that bad but my god i can afford there stuff anymore!

what manifold? Intake or Exhaust? One by the firewall or the one by the turbo? One Connected to the throttle body or the one with a heat cover over it?

wont a 4 puck clutch be killer for the tranny? i wanted ot do a 6 puck and ppl were telling me to go a street disc

just wondering?

oops my bad man the exhaust mani thats is by the turbo with the heat cover on it

Evom did a write up on the 4puck that i bought and they said it drove better then the stock clutch and i have yet to find anything wrong with the fidanza 4puck as far as hear/say goes.

Update

Hey guys i got the clutch n flywheel out today. I droped the flywheel off and there going to resurface it for $40 and i also droped of the stock exhaust mani to another local shop and he is goingt to call me with a price after he takes a look at it for the port job.

Got some pics for ya guys










As i was postin the pics the shop called n said my flywheel is done so ima go pick it up now then get back to work.

Should i use locktight on the flywheel bolts or any other bolts???

I didn't and never had a problem. Just make sure everything is tourqued down to spec.

Hey Brandon. That is a major project you have taken on. I wish you luck with it.I think if i were 45 min. away from ams i would let them do it. Iam sure you will learn a lot.I have the white evo in town used to see your car at the car wash.Havent seen it in awhile I guess i know why.How do you get to ams so quick it takes me an 1 an half and iam only 10 min from bourbonnias.

Brake Cleaner for the flywheel / presure plate surface.

Probably should also torque your motormounts, steering rack bolts, tranny bolts, etc. everything unless you have a good arm gauge.

How does the tob retainer clip things work? like do i reuse the 2 that are on there?

definitely use red loctite on flywheel bolt and pressure plate. vibrations may cause it to get loose and fall out. Don't want to go back in just to tighten a bolt or if worse it will cause damage.
