HKS Carbon Ti?

i know it just came out and all, but does anyone have this on their car yet? i'm talking about the catback from HKS...not the muffler welded on some pipes. From what I've seen on other cars, the piping is really low, so low that if you lowered your car you'd scrape everywhere.

here's a pic from HKS's website... (its a big pic, so i don't want to put it in the post) http://www.hksusa.com/images_products/1157.jpg

i do alot of back roads driving and i'd prefer not to destory a 750 dollar exhaust if it really does hang that low.

thanks.

I assume no one have this catback yet. According to most vendors, HKS shipment should be arrived soon.

I would like to see pics of this exhaust installed on a Evo.

I believe there's a member with the HKS Hi-Power exhaust that actually posted pictures of the exhaust installed on his car and it looked fine to me. Naturally, if you lower your car extremely, you will definitely scrape something. That picture you provided does not accurately represent the exhaust on our cars. I think that the carbon fiber/titanium exhaust from HKS is worth around $990 according to their website's MSRP.

I had it on my WRX.. It's not low... No lower than the stock exhaust really, with the exception of the larger diameter pipe.. That's all... Looked awesome.. Can't wait to get it for my EVO...

does it sound the same at the hi-power? basically it just is a hi-power with a carbon wrapped muffler isn't it?

I dunno.. The WRX sounds like a damn harley... Weird... But I have heard the Hi-Power on an EVO VII, and it was so sweet.. Just like stock at idle, and a nice low hum while driving and while you're on it..

I had it on my wrx - its a good exhaust - BUT its NOT a true 3" - bit smaller than 3" for sure

I rather get it plain polished - the carbon wrapping around the muffler does nothing except add weight - useless - just for looks
