well i've been using the rps max series single six puck clutch, and i have to say i'm satisfied with it, theres a little bit of chatter and the pedal is a little more stiffer than a exedy stage 1 which was my last clutch but I don't really mind,

I have my 2 step set at 5700rpms and i get good launches out of it without a hint of that burnt smell lol, grabs very well with my car being at round 420ish hp, 6 pucks are rated at 550ft lbs, while you can go for the street disc which is a little easier on you rated at 450ft lbs, plus since your on a budget, u can search around online and probably pick one up for bout $600-$700

Its half the price of the exedy twin plate, downside is no flywheel with it though
what surprises me is i haven't heard anyone else running this clutch besides me

Hope this helps
