Precision Injector Users Using E85 Beware

If you run 93 octane, you want fuel that has detergents. This means you buy name brand fuel (Shell, BP, Chevron, etc.).
You don't want to mix gasoline with E85, period.
Avoid using C16/Q16 and other leaded fuels (which poison your O2 sensors) if at all possible.
Finally, for those of us using E85 exclusively, run a tank of 93 octane through it every now and then. If there is any residue in the system whatsoever, that will dissolve it. Otherwise, E85 tends to keep the engine internals clean.
