arp rod bolts!!
I think most any of the 7 bolt 4G63 engines can benefit from the ARPs after around 400hp or if you plan on spinning past 7800 regularly. Not an "easy" job, but not super tough either, but you are getting into the bottom end, so taking care and knowing what you are doing is obviously important. The transfer case and oil pan have to be pulled obviously. Maybe popping in a new set of rod bearings at the same time is a good idea if the ones in there arent in great condition.
English Racing had a car running 700+ WHP on a stock motor! Heres the kicker....it was tuned to keep the WTQ around 400whp. No issues.
Its NOT WHP on stock motor that matters most....it's WTQ and RPM's that matters.

im making 520 whp on my stock bottom end ,im running a gt3582r with supporting mods i will be switching to e85 and adding some more mods , my tuner stated that i can make 600whp on stock bottom end but i will be too dargerous ,i already have arp headstuds. if i install some ARP ROD BOLTS will it be worth it?
