double check all your vacuume lines if you you have your MBC hooked up off your bov then you need to check that line make sure its alright and not leaking and you might have a boost gauge Teed off it also check that line aswell.

check all hoses and wg diaphram.. and plugs aswell

what type of bov are you using, the spring have gotten to weak and lets the air out

I just noticed this same problem.. Car won't boost past 1 bar regardless of how many clicks the mbc is turned. Its a forge mbc and I really just noticed this problem a week or so ago... Guess first thing is to check all the hoses
