Take a look at my slave cylinder... think its been replaced wrong

Just picked up an 06 w 37k on it for cheap.
Im having some really loud rattling noise when my car is in neutral and especially when i push my clutch in. Anyhow I was looking at the clutch cylinder and noticed it looks nothing like my 03 did... I think the clutch has been replaced in the car, and possibly the throwout bearing has went bad. Its also missing the boot around the clutch fork.
My question is does anyones slave cylinder look like this. IT appears to have an adjustable rod vs the factory one on it?

It has been changed to a push style clutch. Check AMS....they sell them.

that looks like the carbonetics setup. They do rattle a lot. both dust boots are missing as well.

thanks for the info im trying to find a picture of it somewhere but it only shows the disc. Ive never had a push style clutch. Its very noisey at idle and especially reving.
