LOL JK!
I lol'd

That does sound odd though. MAPerformance has a good rep and I can't see any vendor shipping out a used clutch. +1 on the pics

^Bam! I have only heard good things about MAperformance so this seems quite strange to say the least. I just dont see it happening. That tracking information in a nice piece of insurance and really takes them away from the equation. Now its either the kid or a postage man behind this whole ordeal...

Seriously?

MAP is above this kind of stuff; period. This whole story is ridiculous.

I'm not taking any sides, but I did order my clutch from MAP. It was drop-shipped from distribution. You guys don't think distribution might have messed this up? I can see if it came directly from MAP....they would/should know what they're shipping. But there's no way they'd know what distribution sends with 100%.

couple things, without the flywheel attached it would literally be a pile of parts all over in the box. they are not a "Seperate" part like they are with a single plate clutch. the cover and flywheel are bolted together straight from the factory, and come as one piece.

I've only just now done my first deal with MAP but it has been nothing short of outstanding thus far. Seeing everyone else's feedback and Chris working directly with pops definitely has me leaning toward MAP on this one!

*edit - just saw the pics. Send that "used" clutch to me, OP!

1. wrong forum
2. the op got owned.

I have only dealt with MAP once and the only thing I don't like is they use FedEx that's it.

Oh and BTW nothing looks to be wrong with that clutch. Chris was this "clutch" sent directly from u guys?

I sincerely appreciate the support here guys. If there was any way in which this was shipped without a flywheel I would be doing everything in my power to resolve the issue for the customer, but the shipping weight evidence is tough to argue...
