Dude people are people they can make mistakes when shipping and what not. The reason i went to you guys was cause you had rep and what not. I opened that last night when I got home from work and chris gladly put pics up and thanks thats fine with me. I have never had an aftermarket clutch. Clutch went out long ago and i brought it back to mitsu to do the service and thats the clutch that has been in there ever since.

I would also like facts from everyone saying im the one BSing. Please if you can prove me wrong please prove it. I did nothing wrong. I ordered the part from Chris who was an awesome guy helping me out getting everything in order. I just asked for them to replace this product that came in
Caveat: I'm not a clutch expert (or even novice).
From a non-knowledgeable viewpoint, the pictures look like there is rust on the clutch; hex bolt in the "scratch" picture, for example. I would think the bolts on a brand new clutch would be shiny black (untouched) and that a used clutch would be similar to the ones in the photo...
FWIW, I have had pretty good service with MAP; there have been some hiccups, but they were always friendly and very helpful.

Update: The situation has been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved. My sincerest apologies to Niko for the accusations that were made by myself and other contributors to this thread, please click here for my conclusions resulting from this situation.

Go weigh the box with everything you received and see what it comes in at. If its different from what MAP is showing then it sounds like you need to take your issues up with the shipping carrier since MAP's done everything they can for you.

And no BS pic of just the scale reading, we wanna see whats sitting on there too.
Do you feel like you're in the den of lions now?
Is it only me or do the plates and everything look fine. Dude they are surface scratches. You can't see the clutch while you are driving...if the flywheel really is missing then I understand your concern, but that clutch looks normal to me....if you got a set of painted mirrors or something and it had a scratch, then sure I would see reason to complain, but its not hung on the outside of your car bro.
Good luck
