Dude people are people they can make mistakes when shipping and what not. The reason i went to you guys was cause you had rep and what not. I opened that last night when I got home from work and chris gladly put pics up and thanks thats fine with me. I have never had an aftermarket clutch. Clutch went out long ago and i brought it back to mitsu to do the service and thats the clutch that has been in there ever since.

Caveat: I'm not a clutch expert (or even novice).

From a non-knowledgeable viewpoint, the pictures look like there is rust on the clutch; hex bolt in the "scratch" picture, for example. I would think the bolts on a brand new clutch would be shiny black (untouched) and that a used clutch would be similar to the ones in the photo...

FWIW, I have had pretty good service with MAP; there have been some hiccups, but they were always friendly and very helpful.

Agreed im no clutch guru at all. Thats why when i called MAP i talked to them and they said send pics so I gladly did. Then Dave asked me to take pics of the box it came in and everything. Yet again no problem did so and they said call us in couple hours so we can talk to whoever they go through to get parts or whatev and we shall see what we can do. And I was over joyess as to the news and was like hell yeah went to the right guys. Then them sugar coating them saying im cheating them was not so awesome. I was like you got to be kidding me I just opened this and some how its my fault?

Go weigh the box with everything you received and see what it comes in at. If its different from what MAP is showing then it sounds like you need to take your issues up with the shipping carrier since MAP's done everything they can for you.

Ive ordered 3 times for them, and got my stuff from them faster than I have from anyone else. Packaging wasn't great on one item but it came direct from the injector company and not MAP.

Pics of it on the scale or I call BS too. You apparently have a scale handy since you got the weight so fast.

And no BS pic of just the scale reading, we wanna see whats sitting on there too.

Do you feel like you're in the den of lions now?

Is it only me or do the plates and everything look fine. Dude they are surface scratches. You can't see the clutch while you are driving...if the flywheel really is missing then I understand your concern, but that clutch looks normal to me....if you got a set of painted mirrors or something and it had a scratch, then sure I would see reason to complain, but its not hung on the outside of your car bro.

Good luck

Not at all. I just used whatever weighing scale in the house. But im sure regardless of what scale for it to say on the box 34lbs then to drop 12lbs to 22.8 no scale will be that off so let me post the pics up

Thats understandable. The reason why i called was for the clutch cause you can see in pics there is no clutch attached to it at all..so.. I dont know what else to say
