Have you tired other weight oils? Every time I change my oil I have tried something different. I think I may have found the one I am going to keep using:

I'm using Valvoline 20-50w Racing Oil right now. My next oil change will be Brad Penn 20-50w.

Mobil 1 10w30 is recommended on the Evo (IIRC, it even says on the cap), it was recommended on the Porsche (it did say on the cap for sure), and that's what the Subaru dealerships here all recommend. So guess what I've run?

The new Vettes are running 0w-30 and new supercharged mustangs are running 0w-20. Anyone know why these higher HP cars are running such thin oil??? For the sounds of it... I sounds like thiner is better???

Also after looking at redline oils website. They recommend 0w-20 for drag racing???
