Like most builds they are never done. Now that the 2.4 is the hot ticket it was time to see what it was all about. We have done more 2.4s in the last 4 months than we have EVER. We now have 2 shop cars with 2.4s, another one that will be getting done here shortly and then 2 rally cars I am going to be doing some development work on with 2.4s. The main testing for those is already done...314/433 at 24.7psi through a 34mm (remember that is intake valve size) restrictor.

Anywho, on to some pix-

Carlos Tirado of TCC did an abosolutely AWESOME job on the valvecover. I owe you mang

FIC2150s hanging out with a bunch of red ano aeromotive gear. Thanks Jens for continuing to support my bad habit

and of course I need to mention that not only are his products top notch, Greg designed and shipped some primo rods and cams.

Good Luck Aaron! You guys should really do a pump dyno to see how the 2.4 compared to your 2.2. Interested to see peak power...

Things are starting to get exciting! The ER LR2.4s will dominate the streets!

Eric, you are not starting to feel left out being the only one of us with a LR2.2 are you? Your setup was my first choice but money was limited, and the 2.4 will be amazing for the street. I also couldn't take a Black to 8.5K+ and expect to make much power. I anticipate the Black dropping by 7.5k on the 2.4L.

Mikey

confirmed, power does start to drop off up that high in the revs on my 2.4/black. I've been keeping a close eye on the Twin Scroll threads on here hoping some kind of magic happens to get a 35r spooling in the low 4000 range.

We are going to have a conversation about your sekret skuirl MIVEC mods (machined lip I'm assuming?)

I've also wondered how the added displacement of the 2.4 would handle larger cams. I know it gobbled up my S2s like they are stockers!

We are all anxiously waiting to see the results from your latest project.

John, I was wanting to do larger dur/lift cams but that didn't happen. Looking at a special GSC cam now.

Idle seemed pretty cool to me when you had me sit in the car to hear the tripple. I think you should just drive ur car up here then back; it will be ready for the dyno then! Your car sounded awesome bro
