i know a couple people here running HKS 272s and GSC S1s on the stock valvetrain no problems. it will work on 264s.

i have an evo 7 , before tuned i woul rev to 8000 no problems , when we opened th head i did find out the evo 7 head stock uses different springs than the 8 stock , the evo 7 look thicker and the seats re different also ,

 

my car has being going good for 2 summers now shifting at 8500 rpms. but im not afraid if it blows up lol
